Freestyle staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.
Freestyle reserve the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
You must declare all medical conditions and any additional needs your child may have and keep us up to date should this change by emailing us at freestylekidsfitness@gmail.com
You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up to date should this change by emailing freestylekidsfitness@gmail.com
Freestyle operates a drop and go policy - parents do not remain in the teaching space for classes or camps and children should be happy to attend independently. Parents are welcome to wait outside or close by.
Parents must drop children to the door of the class and ensure the instructor is present before leaving.
Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.
The discount for booking more than one child only applies to siblings in the same family.
You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.
Freestyle is only responsible for your child during class times, and it is your responsibility to ensure they are collected promptly after class finishes, and you must collect them from the door of the class.
Classes are subject to minimum numbers and venues / times may change - any changes will be communicated via the registered email.
Freestyle have no liability for customers failure to receive information due to spam, junk email or other security settings or customers provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
Payments will be refunded if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.
We do not issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances or change of mind. Refunds only apply if the session is cancelled by Freestyle.
In the unlikely event we have to reschedule any classes - we will endeavour to reschedule the class before the end of the term.
From time to time we may contact you with information on parties, camps and any other Freestyle-related information.
We like to share the below guidelines with parents when deciding if a Freestyle class/camp is right for their child.
- Is your child generally comfortable with taking age appropriate instruction and following guidelines?
- Are they happy to attend class/camp without a parent?
- Are they happy to mix with children and leaders they don't know?

Camp Refunds (does not apply to classes):
Cancellations made by the customer up to 14 days in advance of the camp start date will be entitled to a refund of camp fee minus a €25 deposit per child which is non-refundable and non-transferable unless the camp is cancelled by Freestyle. Payments will be fully refunded if a camp has to be cancelled.
